Cancellation policy

Right of cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving reasons.

The cancellation period is 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us:

by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter, fax or e-mail sent by post) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory. In order to comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient that you send the notice of the exercise of the cancellation right before the expiry of the cancellation period.

Consequences of revocation

If you revoke this contract, we will repay you all payments which we have received from you immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your revocation of this contract. We will use the same means of payment used by you in the original transaction for such refund unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. Any transaction costs shall be borne by the customer.

Special note

Our online offer is aimed exclusively at entrepreneurs. However, according to § 9 of our General Terms and Conditions, we voluntarily grant our clients a right of revocation of 14 days. If, at the time of revocation, our service has already been provided in full or in part, the amount to be returned shall be reduced by the part of the remuneration corresponding to the proportion of the service already performed.
