- Sending a questionnaire to check whether/to what extent cases of order data processing exist
- Transmission of the lawyer’s examination result (order data processing yes/no)
- Preparation of the individual sample contract for order data processing on the basis of the completed questionnaire and the examination carried out (if necessary, otherwise provision of a sample contract “order data processing”)
- Including telephone intermediate and debriefing with lawyer up to a total of 30 min.
